Paypal has returned both of the MYR1.02 to my Maybank Visa Debit 2 weeks after from the date shown above. However, the MYR1.05 has been returned by Paypal to my PB Day2Day Visa Debit 3 weeks later. It has no any transaction record, but the holding amount has been reset to RM 0.00 under Account Details.

Hi there. I’m having the same problem which you had a while ago. The thing is I never linked my card to Paypal but I only added it. Should I just wait for them to refund me back or should I link and verify me card? Sorry to trouble you. Thanks.

no worries.. You should link and verify it I suggest.. linking the card has never been a problem.. you can easily remove it as when you like.. at the mean time, if you link and verify it, it’s easy if you need to buy something urgently using PayPal (because verifying need some time).. ^^ hope this helps.. you may ask anything you want.. i will answer based on my past experiences ya ^^ cheers..

Hi. Why do you have 2 PRE-AUTH DEBIT of MYR1.02?
I just linked my card to my Paypal and used it once immediately. I have Paypal holding 2 PRE-AUTH DEBIT of MYR1.02 too. Does it hold MYR1.02 each time we use the service? Or I accidentally linked the card twice?

Sorry for the late reply. No worries with the Pre-auth Rm1.02. I guessed it is just part of the process in linking your card. This will be returned, if I am not mistaken, 2 or 3 weeks. Kindly note that each time a card is linked, it will definitely have this transaction appears on your account. But it is not because of you use the service, it will occur only when you link a card.
