STEP 1: Download Redsn0w 0.9.10b3 from here.
STEP 2: Execute Redsn0w, then click on “Jailbreak”. Here you will have to follow the instruction given on screen. Basically, you just have to make sure your iPhone 4 is off before clicking “Next”.

YES is a new telco that will be launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd in two weeks time (on 19th November 2010). They are currently allowing customers to pre-register their yesID and mobile number. I did it. What about you? 
But, I would be happy if I am a public university students~ =/ Because they are giving away 300mB/month for free, and guess what, it’s for 3 years on 4G network, to students in, currently, UTM, UTAR, UPM, UM, KTAR & USM. They claimed that they are “sim-less”. It’s all about yesID. Telco prefix would be 018-xxx xxxx. Hmm. Wondering. It’s same prefix as Umobile. Nonetheless, you can SMS and make voice calls. You can use your yesID in your mobile to surf the internet, you may also use this yesID through your laptop to surf the internet. They will not introduce plans like other telcos, it will be just one plan for all. We’ll sit back and wait for the new telco plan to be introduced. Could it be cheaper than the current cheapest TuneTalk mobile internet 5 cents per mB? 
UPDATED: I emailed them, as far as I concerned and what I got to know 1 most important thing among so many questions I’ve asked was, we need to use their 4G mobile phones. Wow. Wonder how much are they going to sell. And, wonder how big hopes they have wanting us to give up our current smartphones. Hmm. Let’s see.
Limera1n is released on 10/10/10 what a nice date This jailbreak tool is for people who wanna jailbreak their iOS4.1 devices (ie iPad, iPhone 3G/3GS/4 and iPod Touch 3G/4G).
I have did this with success, hope it helps you.
STEP 1: Download Limera1n here.
STEP 2: Connect your iPhone/iPod Touch using USB to the computer (Windows). Execute limera1n.exe.
STEP 3: Click on “make it ra1n”.
STEP 4: Wait and let your device goes into recovery mode where you will see “entering recovery…” in limera1n.
STEP 5: Now, it will ask you to “hold home + power”. Do it.
STEP 6: Until you see it says “release power button”. You release only the power button and continue holding your home button.
STEP 7: Then, you will see “in DFU mode… wait”. Once you are done, the limera1n badge will appear in your device. And, you will see a windows popup saying your jailbreak is done. Here, your device will be shutted down. You can on it as usual.
STEP 8: Launch limera1n in your homescreen. (You will need Wifi/3G connection here) Touch on the only package Cydia and Install it. Allow it some time to download Cydia. Reboot your device. Cydia is ready.
** If you want to get access to those paid apps in Apps Store for free, follow the steps below to download Installous.
STEP 1: Cydia -> Manage -> Sources -> Edit -> Add
STEP 2: Enter the link “http://cydia.hackulo.us” and Add Source then Add Anyway.
STEP 3: After adding it successfully, go to Cydia -> Manage -> Sources -> Hackulo.us -> Installous. Install it.
STEP 4: Once it is installed, Installous will appear in your device homescreen. You can download most of those paid apps like in App Store through Installous on your device. Alternatively, you can also download .ipa files from Apptrackr from your computer, double click on the .ipa files (it will then appear in your iTunes). Sync these cracked apps into your device like how you sync as usual (You are able to do so because the required App Sync for iOS 4.1 is already installed along with Installous automatically).

First when I tried to downgrade from iOS 4.0.2 to 4.0.1, I kept getting Error 3194. For the second time I tried to downgrade, I got the Error 3014. Now, I have successfully downgraded my iPhone 3GS in my Windows 7. This article is a guide for people who wanna downgrade from iOS 4.0.2 to 4.0.1 in Windows 7. I am not sure if the following steps will work in other version of Computer OS or iOS. But you can give a try on it.
Download these before you proceed: iOS 4.0.1 for iPhone 3GS and TinyUmbrella.
STEP 1: Right click on your Notepad, and click “Run as Administrator”.
STEP 2: Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and open “host” file. If you see “127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com” or “# 127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com”, please delete it. And, paste “74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com” into the last line without putting “#”. Then, save it.
STEP 3: You must have SHSH blobs saved on Saurik’s server in Cydia, now let us download it to our computer.
> Connect your iPhone 3GS to your computer, start TinyUmbrella and Tick the Advanced Options.
> Select “iPhone3GS 4.0.1 (8A306)” for Device/Version and “Cydia” for Request From.
> Press the button “Save My SHSH”. Leave or minimize the TinyUmbrella.
STEP 4: Now, open your latest version of iTunes. The following step is to put your iPhone 3GS into DFU mode. Hold Home button and Sleep/Wake button simultanously and start counting to 10 (seconds). Then, leave Sleep/Wake button while you are still holding the Home button, for another 10 seconds thereabout until your iTunes detects the recovery mode. Press OK. At this point, your iPhone will show black screen instead of Apple logo screen. If you get Apple logo screen, kindly try again the DFU mode steps.
STEP 5: Run the TinyUmbrella again. Then, click on the “Display SHSH” button to ensure that your SHSH blobs has been saved. Click on the “Start TSS Server” button and let it keep running.
STEP 6: Hold down SHIFT key on your keyboard and mouseover to “Restore” in iTunes and click it. Choose the “iPhone2,1_4.0.1_8A306_Restore.ipsw” that you have downloaded earlier. Let the process begin and it will be completed in a moment. After completion, you may restore from any backups or start your iPhone as a new phone.
Many authors mentioned that iTunes will show Error 1011, 1013 or 1015. But, I didn’t get any of them. However, according to them, these errors do nothing as your phone will still be downgraded successfully. I do hope this guide helps people who need it out there. If you ever concerned about your own country recently, I am sure most of you got a message from pemandu.gov.my asking whether should Malaysia cut subsidies or not. Malaysians have been enjoying cheap petrol prices since many years ago. I remember few years ago when government increased a mere RM0.20 (thereabout) on the petrol. It had became so chaotic among Malaysians. For the rich, it could be nothing, yet, for the normal/poor, it is definitely a disaster.
Since government is already planning to move forward for this implementation, why would they ask us this question? It seems like there are Yes and No. But, think deeply, in fact, there are no options at all because they have already mentioned that if we are not gonna cut down the subsidies, Malaysia will need to bear with heavy debts and gone into bankruptcy in just 9 years. Poor government. You are the one spoiled your people by giving lots of subsidies. Make people of yours felt so wealthy. Are you sure cutting down subsidies is an essential decision? Why put all the blames on subsidies? Think. What have you spent those money on?

First of all, if you were to ask me, I would prefer Hotlink Youth Club. I have tried all three different student prepaid plan and ended up back to Hotlink. It depends on each individual. It seems that some of its rates are relatively expensive compared to others. Yet, Hotlink Youth Club is good in terms of the reliability. Further, Hotlink has the RM2/hour pass for internet usage. For those who need not to use up to RM8/day, you may choose to purchase RM2/hour pass from your *100#.
